The bed was okay because I was sleepy but that was it.

The air in the hallways did not work and I booked two rooms and I want the rooms to be connected but they said all those rooms where gone and couldn’t help us and so we took the two separate rooms but the room floor was wet like it was a leak the air didn’t work that well and it needs update . The hallways floors were nasty . I have never stayed at a Hampton hotel that was that bad . If it wasn’t so late I would have gotten my money back and went somewhere else but my kids was sleepy from the drive and just want rest. I will never come back to that hotel again and if you did book cancel it now not a good place to stay.

Our room looked worn and dated. The carpet was very dirty on the first floor. Our room was on the 4th floor and the hallway was very hot. The indoor pool area was disgusting with lots of crumbs, spills, and clumps of hair all around. The pool water also looked a little cloudy. The elevator went out. As we used the steps, to get to our room we were met with trash and an opened condom. Very disgusting. There were also a lot of unattended children behind the front desk and in the kitchen area.
