Started from the moment I pulled into the property, they offer valet services and valet didn’t come out to the car to greet us , Check us in or get the keys to the car .
I guess we were disturbing his football game . .
Front desk staff or valet staff were never readily available!
Called from the room about two or three times with no answer !
I could never get in contact with valet and most times I needed to get access to my car i was left standing by the valet desk for 5-10 mins before anyone showed up .
Breakfast was not stocked . Overcooked and undercooked meal options . I settled for cereal and tea .
The room doors are stuck at all times I literally had to kick the door in . I believe they were painted shut !
Speaking of paint you can smell where they painted over the mold !
Room temps are stuffy and reek of wet carpet / mold smell
I would have rather stayed in a motel 8 !
I am a avid Hilton honors customer and have stayed in a hotel in almost every state of this country & this was my WORST EXPERIENCE from START TO FINISH
