Terrible staff at reception. Difficult to be less welcoming and helpful. As with so many Hilton related hotels, rooms were small, bathroom old, bedding old fashioned and the air con was the worst part of the room - so noisy that kept stopping and starting every 5 mins. Breakfast reminded me of a bad school canteen.Really poor all round Hilton!

When I arrived, there was no offer to take my bag to my room. Twice during my stay my key card had to be reprogrammed.
No fridge in the room, I had to ask to have a light globe replaced and the hairdryer fixed.
Plastic plates, plastic cutlery & cardboard cups not acceptable. If I don’t use plastic at home, why would I pay to use it on vacation?
