The hotel outside of the room we stayed it was almost prefect. The breakfast was a 10/10. The staff at front desk was nice.

Our bathroom smelled pissy, called to have it cleaned again and it wasn’t cleaned properly. The bed had hair on it and the sheets on the bed didn’t feel clean.

No housekeeping provided at all. I was there for 5 nights/6days. Housekeeping folks came once - the very next day after I checked in and never again. The breakfast buffet lacks quality, the staff is so unmotivated to provide customer service. They are either busy in themselves or just plain uninterested. Food options for dinner/lunch are extremely limited.
