The chef didn't come to work on the garden inn side so there wasn't any breakfast available.

Colby was really nice when we checked out. I appreciate his kindness in trying to make things better. Unfortunately he was unable to refund us because we booked a third party.

Had to take the lid off to flush the toilet. Paying for parking and I was charged more than what Booking rated me

The staff were great. Food, bar and the availability of a breakfast buffet were a nice feature. Location was great and we felt safe.
Negatives:
The Wi-Fi was horrible. Kept kicking us off, even in the lobby area. It was not accessible on the 5th floor.
The second issue was ants in our room. If the ants are on the 5th floor that tells me the problem is widespread.
Both of these issues can be corrected.
