Positives: The staff were great. Food, bar and the availability of a breakfast buffet were a nice feature. Location was great and we felt safe.

Negatives: The Wi-Fi was horrible. Kept kicking us off, even in the lobby area. It was not accessible on the 5th floor. The second issue was ants in our room. If the ants are on the 5th floor that tells me the problem is widespread. Both of these issues can be corrected.
