The Hotel does not offer Late Check Outs and be prepared to Call multiple times for Linens only to be asked that the Guest come to the Front Desk to pick them up, as if it wasn’t the “Hilton.”

There was a liquor bottle behind the curtain that a 5 year old found. For me the beds were very hard causing pressure point issues. For the rest of the people with me the beds were great.

The bed I slept in I believe 325 by the window was soo uncomfortable. The ac/ heater was also really loud. Someone i a car was playing loud music outside for an hour. Just not a good night.

The people working the actual property are amazing! Booking had over booked the hotel and they still managed to find us room! Thank goodness too had to stay in Birmingham to go to Kirkland center at uab!
