The surrounding downtown area

Doubt the mattress has ever been changed. The room was musty smelling One of the noises AC systems in the room. The hallway smelled like burnt cooking oil. The breakfast was not restocked fast enough other guests were having to ask for plates and ask for coffee.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved being able to sit by the pool after a long hot and sticky drive.

Over all very happy to...
Positives:
The breakfast was fantastic always warm. We also arrived on a Wednesday and they had a social from 5:30 to 7:00pm and it was a nice way to socialize before having to go to UAB hospital for consultation.
Negatives:
Nothing could have been better.
This place is awesome.
