Negatives: After the clerk charges my card for the stay he says they don’t accept my card, AFTER he charges me $404!!!! Now I’m stuck with 3 kids, no money for another hotel & no where to stay 3 hours from our home. I am HIGHLY upset with this situation

Positives: Great having the mall right there at the hotel
Negatives: That I had to wait over an hour for towels. Only two sets of towels were provided for a room with three people. The lady at the front desk was very kind but she lead me to believe that towels would be at my room within minutes which never happened. I waited so long that I decided to go to the desk to see what the hold up was and found her at the desk alone with the phone ringing off the hook. She told me that there was a shortage of towels. Then another front desk worker walked up and she wasn’t at all nice and she made me feel like I will get the towels when I get them. I said I will wait there at the front desk until I get the towels because I feel that if I leave and go back to my room that I will never get the towels and I was very upset and tired of waiting on something I should have already been in my room. I was already upset that I had to wait until after 4:30 to get checked into my room due to the front desk being so understaffed. I feel I should be offered a refund of some sort for all the inconvenience I endured during my stay. Oh and not to mention that I couldn’t even leave the parking garage without a problem. The front desk guy told me to destroy my parking garage receipt because I would not need it but failed to tell me how to exit the garage without it. I called the provided number for assistance but because of short staff no one answered the phone the rang off the hook.
