Negatives: The pillows didnt offer any support. Those were some of the worst pillows Ive slept on. Even with "two" pillows per person, the pillows didnt add to any relaxation.

Positives: We put out the order card for breakfast it was supposed to be there at 9:00 am at 9:30 we started calling and no one answered by 11:00 I went down restaurant was closed. So not good!

Negatives: Bed was hard as a rock my wife slept in the chair I slept in the swivel chair head on th desk. Terrible!!
