We liked the ease of making a reservation, the check in process and the checking out process. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely laid out and felt spacious.
Negatives:
The closet elevator to our room was broken, no TV guide, noisy air conditioning unit, no night light, the elevator we did end up using needed some work. It also looked worn and messy. Some of the walls in our floor were marked up and my wife ended up skipping breakfast because the bagel she took was stale, so she threw it away and we skipped breakfast.

Convenient location. Nice and clean room. Attentive staff. Good continental breakfast options for a free benefit. Beds were reasonably comfortable, although nothing super luxurious.
Negatives:
Air conditioning was a bit inconsistent overnight. Sometimes it was super cold but would turn off and not kick back on until had gotten rather warm, so both of us staying in the room woke up a couple times warm and a little sweaty from the temperature creeping up. I like to sleep with the room very cold, so this may not be a major issue for the majority of people.

Clean, great location, felt very safe.
Negatives:
Room was stiflingly hot on arrival. The AC unit was very old and very loud, and the controls did not work well. It took all night into the next morning to cool the room off. By then, it was time for us to leave. Bed was too hard for me, but my husband found it just right.
