Water in shower is NOT hot at all no matter what time of the day/night you take a shower. The water pressure is low as well. The water in the sink is hot. (ROOM 227)
The tv mounted on the wall is very much leaning down towards the left. & it’s nearly 2025 the TVs on the room should be SMART TVs having to watch regular cable is a inconvenience there’s literally nothing to watch. Customers should be able to log into their on streaming accounts Netflix Hulu Prime Disney Plus. (ROOM 227)
The bed makes noises getting in & out of it. (ROOM 227)
Some of the “clean” towels were very much stained.
The microwave did not work even moved it to different outlets throughout the room still didnt work. Couldn’t warm up any of our left overs from takeout. (ROOM 227)
Breakfast was 2/10. Very basic. Really disgusted me that the sausages were being cooked/warmed in a crock pot.
Cleanliness of room 9 out of 10. Minor stains of the floors/walls. But note this is a very BASIC HOTEL ROOM. Bathrooms is very much SMALL.
