The receptionist was nice

The rooms are on the outside, the tv was old and did not work properly(we were offered to move to another room since maintenance could not fix it), the fitted sheet was to small and it looked dingy, the ceiling looked like it had a leak at one time, and the bathroom door had a big patched up whole in it.

Clean, quiet, great location. No frills, basic clean place to sleep. Fridge and microwave in the room. Plenty of hot water. Elevator worked to take you to upper levels.
Negatives:
If you have a bad back, the bed will make it worse. I had a deluxe king room and you either sat on the bed or in one plastic chair. There was a big gapping hole in the room where a couch or another bed had previously been. No coffee in room, you had to go to the lobby for it or to Dunkin next door.
