The guy at the desk charged me $200 plus $100 deposit it was supposed to be $160 I went back in the next morning and on the computer it says he only charged me $163 so he made a good tip

Had to change room 3 times. One room had bed bugs that a current tenant told me about and was wondering why I was given the room that she had just left due to this issue. Staff knew nothing about this and was told I would have someone contact me, which no one did.
Negatives:
Management was told my room had bedbugs, but allowed room to be given to me. I'm so glad the prior tenant saw me go in the room. There were indeed bed bugs in the room.

Uncontrolled pit bull in room 125 attacked myself & my dog on after work walk. Police report has been filed yet this dog is still on the property.

I couldn't take a shower. Mold and dirty linens. The towels were all used with boogers yellow spots and stained. The attendant stated he couldn't get me towels to take a bath with. The bed was a crib mattress that slid across the platform. I am a minimalist and don't require much but I was very disappointed when all I asked for was towels and only at checkout could I get them.
