Positives: Availability. For some reason when we booked our room, the confirmation said smoking room (we just left a facility because of this smell & we do not do smoking rooms, at all; it wasn’t a smoking room that we booked, but it propagated as such). Initially the CSR said there was nothing they could do to change it, but, after explaining the above, he did at no charge. Thankfully!! There weren’t many rooms available in Bham and we were exhausted by exhausting our resources.

Negatives: No amenities; no pool. No creamer for the coffee; place was pretty cluttered in the lobby and reception area. No shampoo or conditioner available or a hair dryer….i rely on these amenities when I travel.

Positives: This Studio 6 was fabulous! The man who checked me in was super nice & friendly. The room was sparkling clean (and didn't smell like weed as many economy hotels do). The bed was comfortable, everything in the room was in excellent working condition, and the shower had great water pressure! That's really all I care about.

Negatives: Unfortunately, t has trouble sleeping due to loud vehicles. Not sure if it was from the highway or the parking lot. I would definitely stay here again but ask for a room further away from the street and on the 2nd or 3rd floor.
