Was charged an extra $100 when we arrived at the hotel. If I had known I was gonna be charged that i would have paid the extra $100 to stay in a nicer hotel.

I chose this property because it advertised laundry facilities- it was a last minute reservation. Upon arrival and payment and before entering the room, I discovered the laundry facilities were out of order. I asked for a refund so I could stay elsewhere with functioning laundry but was told no, they wouldn't do that. The bed is horrible- I only weigh 110lbs and I sank to the bottom. The floor is wavy which causes high lips and many stubbed toes. A lot of rust. Horrible and insecure wifi. The staff is generally miserable. Red Roof is usually a good, reliable and affordable option but not this one.
