the hotel was accessible to other attractions. this is the only thing i liked.
Negatives:
no Soap in bathroom. ice machine was broken. i had to pay for parking and walk a very long way to my room. no mini store in lobby, i had to walk to the hotel next door for advil. room service, if available, was not apparent.

It has recently under gone a renovation so the property was clean and fresh. The staff was very attentive as well.
Negatives:
The process for purchasing the breakfast buffet was confusing and not communicated very well. You walk in to the lobby and the first thing you see is where the plates and utensils are. Once you start filling your plate then you are told to eat breakfast you must first go all the way down to the coffee shop to purchase it. This old be solved with better signage or allowing for purchases at your table. There was also no option for decaf coffee at breakfast. The food was good but a little pricey at 18.00 per person.

the elevators went up and down very quickly and never waited long for one. the room was comfortable but small. location was perfect to go to nearby venue.
Negatives:
stayed on 12th floor, but the noise from outside was very loud; were facing the interstate, but still should have not been that loud.

Would be convenient for concert goers, but we were there on pleasure. The bed was nice and room nice, but a bit pricey for what you get. Very pleasant customer service.

Construction inside lobby. Worn; in need of some love. Parking advertised as $15 but was $29. Quite a bit of walking to parking deck, but it is all inside with a covered cross walk to the parking deck. You have to walk thru connecting hotels to get to it.
