I splurged for this facility because it said it was connected to the BJCC and offered parking and in-house restaurants. While I am not yet disabled, I do have mobility issues that prompted me to spend extra for those added convinces. The catwalks to the event area were closed and locked down when it came time to attend our event. We spent extra time trying to figure out how to get where we needed to go, only to find it was quicker and more straightforward to go out the front door and cross the street. I had to pay for parking that was also not on site. It did have a catwalk from parking to the facility, but again, walking down the street then crossing the street was faster and more straightforward. The restaurants were all closed when we checked in around 5 and had no signs posting the available times, at least none we saw. We ended up leaving the building and walking down the street for our meal. So, in my opinion, it was not worth the extra money I spent for "conveniences" that not really convenient.
