Positives: Would be convenient for concert goers, but we were there on pleasure. The bed was nice and room nice, but a bit pricey for what you get. Very pleasant customer service.

Negatives: Construction inside lobby. Worn; in need of some love. Parking advertised as $15 but was $29. Quite a bit of walking to parking deck, but it is all inside with a covered cross walk to the parking deck. You have to walk thru connecting hotels to get to it.

Positives: I would say the room was very clean

Negatives: BHM demolish this hotel and rebuild. Elevators slow opening/closing doors and creaking noises doesn't scream safe. Check-in desk hidden behind pillars didn't know where to check-in initially. Lobby needs remodeling and it smelled. Never again!

Positives: Rest assured that the location is in close proximity to the concert venue and a variety of restaurants.

Negatives: We had to wait in the street drop-off line for forty-five minutes to reach the valet parking and drop-off area. The hotel did not provide shampoo or conditioner which felt unusual because I have stayed at lower-rated and cheaper hotels that provided them.

Positives: I liked it when I left the hotel and didn't have to come back.

Negatives: Everything. Creepy notes left at my door, a/c didn't work, absolutely NO hot water in the entire hotel, kids running up and down the halls late at night. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Will never stay there again.
