Negatives: Room smelled really bad. Couches and chairs were dirty. No ice machines or cups. Breakfast bar food was not good.

Negatives: Loud guest, reaked of weed, the air conditioning did not work well.

Negatives: The hallway carpet was dirty and the room had a musty smell.

Negatives: tv in bedroom didn't show stations

Negatives: Room could have used a little TLC but that wasn’t what we were there for. It was the experience not the furnishings. Also, we ran out of toilet paper and the towels were big enough to cover half my body haha so maybe a quick turn down during a 4 night stay but I could have gone to the front and asked for towels and toilet paper so no big deal! There were also some very strong fragrant smells in the common areas which definitely induced a headache, maybe fresh air instead of air fresheners? Overall, no regrets with choice of hotel!

Negatives: There were guests in the hallway around 2:30am that were so loud they woke me and my partner and kept us up for a while. I know this is not the fault of the hotel, but it was the biggest negative of the stay.

Negatives: The room was very comfortable. We had made a reservation for three but only had two towels and two coffee cups. We went to the desk and received more towels.

Negatives: The facility needs spruced up. It’s very used and the room appeared less than clean mainly due to over use. The bathroom wallpaper was coming off the wall behind the commode; the drapes and handle used to open/close them were dirty; the room door has marks, chips, and hand prints; a door stop is needed in order to more easily take valet cart in/out of room; while accessible, the valet cart was filthy; the carpeting on the stairs was filthy; the elevator floor was dirty; room windows were dirty; the room bathroom was worn and the tub grout looked yellowish; a shower curtain liner had to be requested; the room headboard was very used, scratched and greasy looking and I didn’t want to touch it; bars of soap had to be requested, as very few were in the bathroom; kitchen sink was less than clean; used, wet towels had to be put outside the door daily and clean towels requested at front desk; the room phone had no dial tone; phone was requested to be fixed, but never was; full waste cans had to be put outside door daily to be emptied and then an emptied can was left outside door for guin the room.

Negatives: Hotel was fully booked so. Breakfast food was limited and service area at that time chaotic due to limited breakfast time on weekend.

Negatives: the pull out couch was not comfortable and dog hair was all over it
