The front desk staff and the bed were both very comfortable.
Negatives:
We were quite disappointed with our experience at this hotel. Despite the initial promise of free breakfast, we were informed upon arrival that this was no longer offered. While we were offered coffee at the coffee station, it did little to make up for the inconvenience. However, I do appreciate the apology from the staff, and I understand that this was not their fault. I will be sharing a detailed account of our experience on Google to provide an accurate representation of our stay. Overall, our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory, except for the courteous front desk staff.

Had a mini fridge, bed was comfortable enough.

Pool is "temporarily" closed, fitness room is "out of order", not currently offering the free breakfast, free wi fi only worked on the first floor so we had to switch rooms. If we'd been staying more than one night we would have found someplace else to stay.

Great hotel, out the way so it's nice and quiet but no too out the way that it is inconvenient, we stayed here and went to Barber Motorsports Park which is a short scenic drive. The hotel was comfortable and clean with local shops and fast food places a short drive.

The unprofessionalism handled by stuff was unreal. I booked mine and my finances room ahead of time and paid for it. Once we got to the property, they let us know that our name is in the computer showing we have paid but they had gave our room away. And our refund was never processed back to our account and when I called the front desk asking about the situation, they were oblivious and turned me away.
