we paid extra for breakfast. They didn't serve breakfast and we were not offered any type of compensation, no refund or voucher. Room had a musty smell. We slept with the window open. Furniture needs to be replaced.

I booked this hotel Sunday. I was checked into a room with no fridge microwave or working TV. I had also requested a room with a patio. Not only was the manager extremely rude but she made it her business to tell me she would not be moving me to my room

.... of choice. The manager said she would refund my money. I politely left the hotel and paid for a second reservation at Sleep inn. It is now Thursday the booking company has called the hotel EVERYDAY since Sunday and they cannot get anyone on the line.
