1. The reason why I booked the Sonesta was for the pool and fitness center for our family vacation, which both were closed, and it was too late to cancel when I was notified about it from Booking.com when I was only calling to request two beds instead of having a King bed. I was told there weren't any left, and we couldn't make any changes, but when we checked in, they did have a couple available. Nothing was stated when we made the reservation online about not having these amenities available. We would not have booked there
2. They only had danish that were old and regular coffee, not decaf and not a real continental breakfast.
3. No microwave in our room, but my parents had 2 in their room
4. We could not access my parents handicap room due to the door knob not being installed correctly. We were asked if we wanted to move the next morning, but it was going to be too much of a hassle due to the fact my father is paralyzed
5. The shower was broken
