THEY STARTED DRILLING AT 8AM. WE COULDNT EVEN SLEEP!
When I alerted the front desk it still continued till checkout time. Management never arrived after being promised a call and visit. The breakfast was wrapped pastries, & a loaf of bread in a cambro. The presentation was unlike anything I've ever seen. To make things worst I specifically booked for the indoor pool and although it looked fine signs everywhere said "closed for maintenance ". This really was upsetting because not only did I have this experience, I booked TWO rooms for my teenage children .

The room was very clean. Furnishings were fine for my midweek one day stay. The bed was fab The place is being remodeled and I was the first person to use the beds. They had small refrigerator in the room.

The trash can and a telephone were missing from the room. I didn’t request either because it was one night. The tub had not been remodeled and dark orange rust was over much of tub bottom. Also the towels were extremely thin.

Oh where to begin..we were on the 4th floor. They where doing renovations (not listed on booking site) our room had no :phone , trash can, microwave, coffee maker , had ironing board (which we found bugs), no iron . No ice bucket, the bathroom door didn’t shut due to the plate not being properly drilled into the metal frame. We had to remove it ourself to shut the door. There were a few open holes as well. To top it all off they shut the water off and didn’t inform anyone. I had to confront to constitution workers just to
Find out what was going on. The only thing that wasn’t a bust was the customer service we received from Miller(she said to call her) she was absolutely amazing. She tried to fix things that were beyond her control. We were also informed but an unnamed employee(just didn’t catch their name) that the owner had no intentions of fixing the issues on her he 4th floor and will be raising the price .

There was a major renovation going on. Staff was scarce. Our t.v. Would not work. We were Told it would be fixed, but no one came. No extra mirror in room. No ice machine. Shampoo/soap dispenser were empty in shower.
