Negatives: It wasn't the cleanest place, but they were working on it. When I went down for breakfast and had questions, the desk clerk was sleeping, and I called out to her several times with no response. Finally a housekeeper had to go behind the desk and shake her to wake her up.

Positives: I was definitely not happy. We had no hot water to shower. The elevator was broke so we had to walk up and down the stairs. The sink had no hot water pressure. The tub laws so dingy it looked like it had not been cleaned.

Negatives: The employee who checked me in late was very nice
