After booking on line and paying no refund. I got to the hotel to find there is a $75.00 non refundable pet deposit plus tax.then we went to our king room and found a queen bed. I called down to the front desk and was told that I requested a handicap room and the queen room was all that was available.

The location was fantastic. When we first got there and got checked in, we realized there were lots of people there. When we got to our room, our A/C didn't work. By this time, a different girl was at the desk. I wish I'd gotten her name. She was fantastic. Anyway, she let us know she'd find us a different room bc she didn't have maintenance (or any help) that busy Friday. I offered to come downstairs bc we knew she was alone and couldn't easily come to us. (She seemed surprised we'd offer.) Anyhow, we went down and she was helping multiple people so it took a while to help us. She thanked us for waiting and being nice about everything and then she upgraded us to a balcony room overlooking the bay! It was incredibly beautiful. The room was perfect.
The next morning at checkout, we made sure to give her praise. We also were able to park in the far lot for the week for a cruise we took. The location was kind of hidden so we felt great about it. Everything was great and our car was in the same spot 8 days later. If we're ever in the area or cruise from Mobile again, I'd stay in a heartbeat.

1. Many young adults/teenagers (about 17 years old) late that night being loud in the lobby area.
2. Upon my check in, the employee seemed rather rude, would not look me in the eye, and when I wondered why I was being charged a $1 incidental fee when I had already paid in full... she just said "yeah" in an annoyed tone and did not explain why. I have been charged this before at other hotels, but it would be more than $1 and always explained that it would be refunded if not used.
3. We were told on the phone on check in day that we would have room 211. I wanted a higher view. When we checked in she gave us 127 - so we had a view of a dumpster out back instead of the bay view. DISAPPOINTING
4. Many chairs at the breakfast tables were broken, sagging in the middle
