Hotel staff was very helpful to Hurricane evacuees. They obviously had to act quickly to accommodate a full hotel on such short notice. Rooms surprisingly quiet.
Pets allowed & close to Starbucks & food options
Starbucks opens @ 4:30 am & doesn’t close till 8 pm Hotel staff were very helpful, professional & available when needed

Some visitors with pets failed to pick up dog business which made the responsible pet owners unhappy. The hotel provides convenient plastic bags& a designated dog area to address this scenario. However, they can’t be expected to run out there & police everyone walking their dog

Hurricane evacuees
Positives:
The staff was super nice and accommodating, especially considering we were evacuating from a hurricane with kids and pets. Our initial room AC was very loud and they IMMEDIATELY changed our room to a quieter one next door with no issues. It was very pet friendly, dog stations set up nearby and Starbucks directly across the street...will definitely book again.

asked for non-smoker room, room smelt like cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door. There was a roach crawling on the floor and a dead cricket behind the door.
