everyone was pleasant and quick to respond. the main parts of the hotel was clean and breakfast was great.
Negatives:
Our room had cockroaches. It wasn't just 2 or 3 either. When we reported it and they came in to spray. Even after that, we kept seeing them. Booking also showed an indoor water park area which made it seem like it was at the hotel and it turned out it wasn't. it was an extra charge to go there and since it's a seasonal attraction, it was closed. this was a huge disappointment since we only booked there for kid entertainment.
