I like the layout of the room. We enjoyed having a living space and a sleeping space. The breakfast service was great. Workout space/gym was good.

Has issues checking in, tried charging me again - payment had already been made. Room not very clean. NO conditioner in shower, asked to get & never received it. One elevator was out of service. Loud neighbors. No indoor pool-advertised to have one.

It was clean and the location amongst all the trees was gorgeous!

The noise at night was insane.
We had constant yelling, stereos/tvs in rooms being blared, people screaming and barking dogs. We hardly slept a wink the entire night. That was very frustrating.

It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk ladies were awesome, and very accommodating, I wanted a top floor room that was quiet and thats exactly what I got. Very pleasant people

There was nothing I didnt like except, when I called the hotel reservations to book it was $507.00 for my stay but when I went through booking.com it was only $376.00 for the same room

When I arrived I was directed to a room that was supposedly cleaned. It was NIT. I had to return to the desk to find another room. This room was marginally cleaned and smelled. No attention to detail, carpet was barely vacuumed, bathroom somewhat wiped down (I could see toothpaste in the sink and fingerprints everywhere) and the bed looked like someone has sat on it and layer across it.
