The bathroom floor was dirty and had hair (not mine) on it. The shower and toilet were fine, but it seemed no one had cleaned the floor.

We stayed here to get away from the hurricane our room was nice and cozy and quite.
Negatives:
When we checked in we didn’t have any towels in our room. We asked the next morning for towels and they said the housekeeper would bring them. She never did so we had to ask for some again. When we did get towels they had a strong weird smell not sure what it was. And one of the pillows we had had mildew on it. We only seen it when the pillow case came off some.

In my room you can see out of the door and I didn't want any crawling things to come in on me. I went and bought tape to put over the door. The towels had stains on the even the floor mat that you step out the shower on. The lash you lock your door with wasn't on the door. I called booking to let them know I had to leave earlier for an emergency and they called the hotel but they declined and I left anyway because it was an emergency. Want stay there again. I was hurt and shaking my head. Disappointed. I had photos but they were removed from my phone.
