Negatives: Staff. I booked and payed for a KING. I got checked in and went to my room and it was DOUBLE. NOT WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR. No one had the courtesy tell me they changed my room until after I came back to complain. It was changed due to being sold out. Check it is at 3. I checked in between 3-4. So am I to assume I'm the last person to check in that paid for a KING. This was very unacceptable and I have never experienced it. The staff was unapologetic and even insisted on or she did cancel only to put it back. Another guest who checked in mere minutes before me experienced the same thing, and he was given his King Room. The staff should have better customer service skills. There is something as a courtesy call or at least explain to me before you send me to my room. Strange thing is when I tried to check in on the app I was given a king room and I was outside in the car but I couldn't remember my Hilton password. So just that quick they had no KING ROOMS. It was for my fianc birthday and we had reservations to a place in 2 hours and I didn't want to be late.
