Negatives: Floor was dirty hadn’t been mopped in a very long time the bottom of our feet was dirty black to be exact no towels could only get one at a time then it was a towel for the floor lots of people outside smoking marijuana no one at front desk after 10pm locked up and lights off people had pets off leash very aggressive little dog we were walking ours out to potty it came over bit my Maltese trying to get someone at office no response because no one was there called police they came out I called super 6 which is next door I was told they owed the red roof in talked to a lady but no one ever came over worse hotel and management you ever seen please please don’t stay it’s really a bad place I had my grandchildren 10 and 11 want ever stay there it’s a good price but you get what you pay for sad sad booking.com let’s them be on their website

Negatives: Says they have cribs but don’t

Negatives: Very noisy from people that stayed up all night and day. Pets that barked all day and night. Obviously people live there. Floors would turn your feet black even though they look clean. It's not from dirt but from a film from the flooring. Phone didn't work. Pillows are flat.

Negatives: Insulation needs to be updated. Bathroom did not have safety features such as handle bar in shower. The tub was slippery.

Negatives: Matress was old. Had troughs on each side of the bed from prolonged use. Pillows are hard and a 3 inch thick piece of foam. Way overpriced room. Had dried tooth paste on the shower curtain, walls of the room needed cleaning. Wont stay here again.

Negatives: My room had roaches and was promised a discount but never received my money.

Negatives: It seem a little dirty and the sheets and the bed spread had stains on them. The room above us they sound like a Hurd of elephants and the room next to us had a big dog that howl and bark at early morning and let’s don’t forget the chirping birds that started at night and didn’t stop.

Negatives: Tv, tub stopper, sink stopper toilet and portable ac didn't work properly tub n sink wouldn't hold water portable ac bathroom vent didn't work no TV period no phone service and internet connection barely worked. Toilet stayed stopped up. Front desk wasn't always there to help even got locked out at one point n office was closed. Floors weren't clean and items left from previous travelers proved the lack of cleanliness. I was offered a discount and what was supposed to be 15 a day ended up bring 15$ in total at checkout and I'm very unhappy w that

Negatives: Bedding and was dirty. Floor was gritty. We experienced bed bug bites. Had to change bed covers at 2am we took photos of the bug

Negatives: Brandy, the manager makes false promises and does not deliver on her word! My pregnant wife, toddler and myself got out of the vehicle next to several people outside shirtless and no shoes smoking weed. It was dimly lit and the patrons there were very sketchy. We walked up to our room as one guest walked out of his door barely clothed with weed smoke rolling out of the room, again wife is pregnant... We got in our room long enough to book another hotel. I went downstairs to inform them that we could not stay here due to the environment, we didn't feel safe nor did we feel like it was healthy for our baby. We turned in our keys and were notified that the manager would call us the next day. The manager, Brandy, never called and I had to go back to the hotel. I told her all of our issues and that we never stayed the night (booked two nights.) She assured me that the rooms were cancelled on their end and that we would be refunded through booking.com It's been 5 days and we still haven't been refunded for 2 nights that WE DIDN't EVEN USE. We can't help that the hotel was not fit for kids to stay at. It was AWFUL. Terrible hotel, terrible environment, terrible management.
