The iron didn't work in our room nor did the phone so we couldn't even call to get a new one. Had just gotten out of the shower so it wasn't convenient to go to the front desk. Room was okay, but because details like the iron and phone weren't noticed by the staff, truly question the cleanliness - room didn't feel clean/sanitized. Also heard the early morning deliveries outside our room (super loud) and we could hear the conversation in the next room over through the early morning hours (walls are thin - the gals next door were not overly loud but we could hear them like we were in their room)
