Positives:
We liked the location and the general aesthetics of the place.
Negatives:
We chose this property primarily for the onsite restaurant and heated indoor pool as we had two members of our party who had to stay in while the rest of us went out. The pool was very cold and no one ever came to cook at the restaurant. The bottles of shampoo and body wash were empty in the shower, with no backups in the bathroom. The cleaning lady walked into our room without knocking two hours before checkout. She told us to check out now. We called the front desk to confirm our checkout was for 11:00 (she came at 9:00). It was. 30 minutes later, the cleaning lady came back asking what time we would be out. It was overall just a disappointing experience and not at all what we paid for or expected to have.
