Lack of housekeeping services; being told to wait for the next day when I requested. No service for 3 out of the 4 day stay. Lack of breakfast and water in the morning.

Door needs to be painted. Furniture looks like it came from a rummage sale. Sink stopped up, floor dirty, brown bug on my bed and in the bathtub. Needless to say, we did not stay the full time we booked.

Only thing good about this hotal was the lady checking us in was nice.

IF we could have left we would have but we needed to take a shower and get to where we were going for the night. The room was disgusting. Also there were people dealing drugs out of the 1st floor in the back. I wish I could post pics of the room on here

I waisted coffee in my bed on night 2 informed housekeeping when I got more towels and they never came back to change them. That took place every day for 6 nights 7 days..

Continental brkfst was a 0. No coffee cups, no waffle batter, no bagels, no breads, no fruit, empty cereal dispenser the other had older cheerios., and an almost empty milk container. We werent late , Breakfast at 8am. Asked for non smoking,got smoke r

Room had to be the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in, the floors look like they havent been vacuumed in weeks, or shampooed in a few years. I could not believe they would have charged $30 fir a dog, I would be scared to take a dog in that room.

I rent here often, but the last few times I've rented there have been roaches in the rooms. I notified the person at the desk and she took a note.Over all the hotel is still a great place to stay.

No ice machine, room had an odor, floor not vacuumed, stains, couldn't get extra towels, although I was staying for 3 nights the room-service opened my door while I was still sleeping

This is a great cheaper hotel. If you want higher expectations then a 2 or 3 star hotel is not for you.But I rent often and this hotel is great!!

This particular room could have been cleaned a little better than it was but still the room wasn't nasty. I failed to let the staff know and that was my bad.

The front desk clerk at check in was awesome. The mom I'm assuming that did housekeeping sorta hurt bc she's so old but she's still trying to clean rooms.

All the dust in the room it was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over it was nasty. The carpet flooring was nasty . Also fingerprints and roaches were all on microwave. Roaches were in bathroom

The hotel is great, I had a small issues that I brought to the staffs attention and they have addressed it. For all of the people putting negative comments about this particular hotel need to be mindful that this is a true star hotel.

And that it is less than $---a night. So therefore you are not going to get the amenities and the perfect hotel room as you would if you spent $---to $---a night. This hotel is a very clean and safe hotel.

The location was fine; I was familiar with the area, and the convenience of different venues in the area, makes it a good location.

Yes, the cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired. There were roaches in the room, and when I told the front desk about it, it seemed to have fallen on deaf ears! We will NOT spend any more time or money on this hotel. it was a waste of both
