This hotel was clean. The breakfast was pretty good, the kids liked all the amendments for the waffles. The woman at the front desk was great. It was nice to have ice water available in the lobby. The rooms were clean as well.
Negatives:
We booked this particular hotel because it had an indoor pool. We were not informed at booking, upon check in, or by any signage by the elevator, that the pool was closed. In fact as soon as we got to the room we dressed for the pool and went straight down. One of the people working there just looked at us and walked right by, not saying a word about the pool being closed. We saw a sign on the door to the pool that it was closed and the pool was completely drained. We went to the front desk and asked if there was another hotel with an indoor pool we could use. She called another hotel, that had an outdoor pool, and said we could use that pool. It was freezing cold water at the outdoor pool. Another reason we choose a hotel with an indoor pool. I could have chosen a number of different hotels with indoor pools in that area, but choose this one. My children and adult son and his wife were very upset. This is our only vacation this year and both stays at Hilton properties were disappointing to say the very least. The first night I booked us at an Embassy Suites, it was SO filthy, that we couldn't even stay there. So we had to find another hotel. This was a nightmare for a few of the ones traveling with us. So, I didn't want to have to change hotels again for the second time. What is going on with Hilton hotels? We have always had such good trips staying in Hilton properties. Not this trip.

Location was great for the meeting I was attending. The staff was very nice and courteous. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Only stayed one night so didn't really explore the property that much. Everything was good on my stay. I did not see any concerns.

Loved how comfortable! Rooms were quiet and clean. The ladies were soooo accommodating during breakfast and even brought out crayons and books for our busy kids. It was delicious. We will be back!!
