The size of the space, with a kitchen temperature and sitting room, was nice. The location was good. We enjoyed the breakfast items.

We picked that hotel primarily because of the pool. After we checked in, they said that even though the pool was ready and it was hot outside, they were waiting on some sort of approval and the pool was closed the entire tine we were there.
The bed was very high and I have arthritis in my knee and couldn't get up on the bed . I asked if we could move to a handicapped room and they wouldn't move us because we had made the reservation them through Booking instead of with them directly. I asked for a step stool and the only one they had was a flimsy plastic stepstool that didn't work. I wasn't able to get up on the bed, and had to sleep on the sofa every night, and it was very uncomfortable.

Most of the staff were very friendly & tried to help any way they could once we figured out booking.com sold me a room that didn't exist in their hotel.
Rating =3/5 for hotel & 0/5 for booking.com
Negatives:
The hotel didn't have any conditioner... Which, for such an expensive one (Hilton especially), you'd expect conditioner.
ALSO - The room on booking.com I paid for wasn't the room I got because it didn't exist.
booking.com sold me a room that didn't exist in the hotel, which negativity impacted the whole experience. The hotel couldn't do anything because they were full, but I will never use booking.com again for anything else.
This was my first time using your service & won't do it again. You shouldn't sell rooms that don't exist in actual hotels. The price wasn't cheap either, which made it worse. For the same money, I could have stayed somewhere else that actually had what I was looking for.

Breakfast was served on styrofoam plates n bowls w plastic ware, not very environmentally practical. More fresh fruit would be welcome. Im assuming the type of food choice is due to budget restrictions. I enjoyed eating warm food and coffee and the setting is pleasant Staff are all very pleasant.

Please see above . More veg / fruit choice . I found out - the hard way - my rooms shower handle is swapped , ie - hot is cold and vice versa. ( room #313), I have peeling wall paper but the bed is very comfortable.
