Positives: Most of the staff were very friendly & tried to help any way they could once we figured out booking.com sold me a room that didn't exist in their hotel. Rating =3/5 for hotel & 0/5 for booking.com
Negatives: The hotel didn't have any conditioner... Which, for such an expensive one (Hilton especially), you'd expect conditioner. ALSO - The room on booking.com I paid for wasn't the room I got because it didn't exist. booking.com sold me a room that didn't exist in the hotel, which negativity impacted the whole experience. The hotel couldn't do anything because they were full, but I will never use booking.com again for anything else. This was my first time using your service & won't do it again. You shouldn't sell rooms that don't exist in actual hotels. The price wasn't cheap either, which made it worse. For the same money, I could have stayed somewhere else that actually had what I was looking for.
