The staff is always amazing!! Beds very comfortable and the remodel was nice.

The Tv channels were awful and then there was the WiFi… OMG it was terrible and made it very difficult to watch anything.
Then the price was the highest we’ve ever paid and this is the only hotel we go to when coming to AL. We were just very disappointed.

We have a family of 5 and had travelled to Louisiana from South Carolina. This was our stopping point on the way back. Residence inn offered us lots of room which made the stay even better. Our only complaint was the pool was closed.

They canceled my reservation n never called me back!! They emailed me of my credit card issues with cancellation at the same time I was to check in… me n my family drove from Maryland only to have our lodging cancelled!! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate as well incompetent… I’m requesting my refund to my card..in addition a complimentary stay for 48-72 hours stay free of charge
