I paid extra for a suite... Which I assumed had a private bedroom... My bad for assuming! I paid over 300 for 1 night for a king suite... Which was the same as a king room.. which was only like 160 a night.... Highly disappointed, but my fault for not checking it out. The AC was crap.... Couldn't sleep... Never really cooled off in the room.... Check in was horrible... I booked with booking like I always do.. when I get there they wanna charge me again.. takes a hour to get booked in cus they couldn't understand I already paid.

Positives:
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The gym had new equipment that was well taken care of. The breakfast had lots of options and was kept tidy. The vast majority of staff was very friendly and helpful. The public parking garage they utilize for guests is right next door, with a connecting pathway to one of the main entrances. The hotel itself is located in a prime location to walk to all the beautiful areas, shops, restaurants, and bars of downtown.
Negatives:
I wasn't excited about the $15 parking fee. Also, the bartender didn't seem to know what he was doing, which is disappointing when you're spending a decent amount on a drink with top shelf alcohol.

The rooms lack sound proofing. All night heard everything from outside cars, neighbors talking, and the ac unit sounded like a dump truck motor.
