My only real complaint was the TV service was weird. Several channels repeated and to scroll through channels took twice as long almost every channel was on there twice with the same programing. Also the channels did not match what was on the guide. I traveled with my daughter and there were no Children's channels. We were also disappointed that the pool was closed. I booked this hotel for the location with a pool. It was a rough first day with tears because the pool was closed our entire stay ( prime summer season)

Positives:
I have limited mobility issues. And everyone - and I mean "everyone" - here went out of their way to assist me. From the guy at the front desk that arranged for us to arrive early and avoid having to wait in the check-in lines, the kind lady that handled the breakfast area and offered to carry my plate back to my room for me, to the girl that did our housekeeping and volunteered to come by each day, even though policy is "every other day," to remake my bed because I pull the sheets off when trying to turn over!! WOW!!!
