After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Room was very clean and spacious. Nice kitchen. Great amount of desktop space. Hallway was quiet at night.

Negatives: Sink was cracked in bowl. Lampshades were in bad shape, falling apart. Curtains had a hard time staying closed when the air was on. Bottom crisper in the fridge had no tops (glass?). Bed was lumpy. Very hard to find at first. Large trees blocked the sign, even at night. One customer told me her car had been banged up in the parking lot which made me very nervous about parking. Several people seemed to be loitering in their cars in the parking lot at night. No breakfast. Another customer told me that she and others were "long-term rentors who lost their housing" which was strange.

Positives: Bed was really high that was the not so accessible portion for a handicap individual who does not walk at all. Bathroom was a nice size, not enough towels and the ice maker didn’t make any ice.. decent room!

Negatives: Bed could have been more suitable and lower and more comfortable.

Negatives: Our aircon had to be unplugged as it randomly turned on a blew cold air. The sofa bed was also a but uncomfortable with a thin mattress. The main bed was fine. Our stove top did not work.
