We were able to check in early which was a huge blessing after driving 13 hours straight. We really appreciated that. The staff was super delightful as well. The hotel and rooms were gorgeous.
Negatives:
Our room wasn't clean other than the bed sheets. The top blankets had hairs. The floors were covered in crumbs and dust. We could also see foot prints all over the floors so it hadn't been mopped. The toilet had urine on it. The sink had toothpaste on it. When I went to use the shower there was a used wash rag hanging on the top of the rod as well as hair in the shower. I didn't want to complain about the dirty room since they had allowed us to check in early.

When I booked my room I said I need a clean room and away from the elevator. This time I was in room 220 . Not enough towels and wash clothes,also behind the sofa,the fridge is very dusty , blood spots on the sheets and duty band-aid in the middle of the floor that is crazy. Whoever did that room didn't do a great job . I think someone is supposed to check behind them . The room was not cleaned at all..

I was really disappointed that the hotel seemed to price gauge because of people evacuating from the hurricane from Florida. We paid over $200 a night when the normal price is $139 a night
