Positives: Close to the racetrack

Negatives: Lack of customer service. Lazy employees. Daily room Cleaning doesn’t happen. No hot water for shower/tub. Asked for an extra blanket and was told they didn’t have any extras. Complained about lack of daily cleaning and it didn’t fix anything.
