Positives: The girl that checked us in Sarah I believe was her name was great.

Negatives: I was a little disappointed when I looked this location up it stated they had a bar. However it was a chinese restaurant that was attached to the hotel. The bed needed some attention it seemed to be broke down in the middle and my husband and I kept rolling to the middle all night.

Negatives: Rooms aren't being cleaned well. Dirt was all in our floors and I took a towel to clean around the bed/floor before we laid down because we got in our room late and the towel was so dirty. Shower was also not the cleanest.

Positives: The breakfast was yet by far a score of a 10. The staff kept the breakfast full and completed the whole time for the hours of service. A big shout out to the server that was working on his birthday on September 1st. Thank you for all you do!

Negatives: My hotel floor was moist and our cloths and thongs sitting around stayed moist during our stay. The hotel is good but need attention in areas. I was wearing white socks and within a few strolls across the floor was horrible. I took a hand towel to try to dry the whole floor and the towel was as black as if the floor has never been mopped. Best Western plz correct this problem because it's a good place to stay other than this. This is just to help you improve.
