Negatives: We liked everything honestly

Negatives: I did NOT enjoy my stay. I had to pack up my room TWICE to move to different rooms, first room key pad had problems, and 2nd room had no heat. We were told maintenance would be there to fix. We waited 45 minutes in the freezing room with a new born baby to be told to pack up again to go to ANOTHER room. The manager of hotel showed no consideration for inconvenience caused to my family and I definitely don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Go to surrounding hotels, there are plenty.

Negatives: The room was dirty and there were workman trash and dirty towels left in the bathroom.

Negatives: The gentleman that checked me in after 6pm was friendly and courteous. The day manager came to my room at 4:30 AM to ask me who checked me into the room and what time. I don’t understand the incompetence of not being able to look at a computer screen to find the information. It was rude and unprofessional of her to do this at 4:30AM. I will not stay here again for this purpose alone.

Negatives: noisy party next room after dark not a good location felt unsafe

Negatives: The pool smelled like cat pee. The washer didn't get our clothes clean. Some of the clothes were even dry after being in the washer. Maid service didn't come two out of the four days. There was a dirty towel folded and presented as clean in the bathroom. A young male staff member was rarely present or helpful when needed. When I asked when the pool chemicals were last added he didn't know. He was not helpful about the pool, washer, maid service or discount I asked for since we couldn't even use the pool which was the whole reason we stayed there. We were told to call a manager. Our trip ended so we called when we got home. We were then told since we didn't say anything during our trip they would not give us any discount. We did complain during our stay. I even emailed the Raddison's corporate office about the pool during our stay. Booking.com had that this hotel was "good" but during our stay I googled and the reviews on Google were not good. It was rated as only a two star hotel on Google. I also wrote to booking.com asking why their reviews were so different from Google to which they replied they could not do anything and did not explain why the reviews were different. I will not be booking with booking.com any more. They are not reliable, as the last two times we booked with them we ended up in dumps their reviews said were nice.
