It was modern and clean, but...

I wanted to share my experience of your hotel compared to the 6 other hotels I visited during my trip to Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama.
The bed was terrible and by far the least comfortable of the 7 hotels I visited during my trip, similarly priced of course. The pillows were like the bed.
The free WI-FI was terrible, it was the only hotel where you almost paid to have something that worked.
The air conditioning was loud, no hair dryer.
Breakfast included??? There was coffee, a granola bar and oatmeal envelopes, that's it. In fact there was no breakfast, there was no table with chairs only a counter with 4 benches.
Usually, you rent a hotel room to sleep. But if you can't sleep comfortably, the establishment is a failure.

Positives:
The location. This hotel was close to a lot of places. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Which made my little getaway trip very relaxing.
Negatives:
The only small issue I had was the room floor needed to be swept, but other than that it was pretty clean.

Everything!!! The room was terrific. They had the air on for me during a heat warning upon arrival. The bed was comfortable. The lighting was wonderful. The bathroom was roomy and very clean and well stocked. The employees were wonderful. They were so friendly and caring. The location was very convenient. They have a very nice laundry room. I did not need to use but I did check it out and it was nice. Very affordable for the area and well worth it.

Nothing!!!! everything was great I will definitely be back when I'm in the area!!!!
