Tub felt like you was gonna fall in during shower. Heater had a hard time it wanted to blow out only cold air. Had to unplug and play with the heater to get it to work properly. A lady in the office was rude. Carpet wet by fridge.

Night staff was not very friendly. The ice machine needs to be z,replaced. Guest shouldn't have to search the entire complex to find a machine that works.

We skipped breakfast because we were scared after the room conditions.

The whole experience was aweful except for the manager. No keycard access. Manager was helping everyone alone. She had to lock the office to physically let each customer into their room. The rooms were dirty and old. The duvet was dirty. The sheets were clean. There was a major storm that night and staying on the second floor our ceiling was wet the next morning.
