Negatives: Ac was subpar and tho the room was clean there were dead roaches left behind and some alive crawling around

Negatives: Was not clean at all

Negatives: Old dated kitchenette and my microwave nor the room phone worked at all

Negatives: My room was never ready

Negatives: They had roaches and the pictures on the internet is nothing like that in person

Negatives: The bathroom door wouldn't close completely. No came to clean the room for my entire stay, which was 8 days.

Negatives: Nothing was clean. The fridge was disgusting, the stovetop was dirty and unusable, the toilet was nasty and we almost didnt use it because of how bad it was, the pillows on the bed might as well have been just pillowcases with how bad the pillows were, the rugs and floors were stained with unknown liquids, the room smelled horribly every time we walked in and it wouldnt go away, the smoke detectors battery needed to be changed and after asking SEVERAL times no one came to do it, not to mention the cigar & weed smoky smell throughout the hallways, the staff were rude and it seemed like they didnt want to be there, the elevator was nasty and seemed like it was barely functional, and last of all the shower head looks like it hasnt been cleaned since the building was built.

Negatives: I know that they are short staffed, so at times there was no one at the front desk during office hours and you would have to call to get some assistance. I also didn't like that the bath tub in our room continuously ran with water. It seemed to be a bit sketchy. I was there with my two children and I really didn't feel safe.

Negatives: The place is rundown. Having full size refrigerator was nice but it was all rusted. The hallway carpeting was filthy.
