Between Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Well, the property is close enough to the airport where a Lyft will cost a little under $30

Negatives: The facilities were raggedy which was a let down because the pics for the advertisements made the rooms look charming so I feel bamboozled. The phone in the room - the second I picked it up the cord came out of it and would not go back in no matter how much I tried. The bathtub wasn’t clean, the room had an odd smell when I first walked in. No extra pillows for guests, housekeeping waking you up at like 8 am with banging noises. Loud banging noises coming from other rooms as late as 1 or 2 am while I’m trying to sleep.
